Yeah, it's a joke. I emailed Mike several times. Just a week or so ago he sent me a copy of a letter he sent to Ameritrade asking them what he needs to do for them to lift the restriction. However, I can't say for sure if he is really trying or not. He said he had sent letters previously, but the letter he sent me was dated Jan. 5, 2011, so I don't buy that he sent letters before. I can't even say with certainty that he sent this one.
