I suspect you are quite right about the "fat tail". It would be difficult to get a p value this low from a few outliers which makes me think that the drug is going to prove to be very effective in certain sarcomas.

Kind of ironic, isn't it.

If this is true, it was kind of BTH's argument that sarcomas are different.

If true, it could add to the commercial value.
