That was ME he was referring to in his e mail. and LO AND HEHOLD, i must still have "half a brain', because KLOK NEVER DID THAT FINANCING. He could. NEVER find anyone dumb enough to "lend" the Company the money. I'll keep my "half a brain".

Doesn't this mean that he is selling shares to a third party who in turn can sell those shares into the market. Then would that not be considered selling for cash? Or do I not understand this correctly? I am trying to learn quickly and have been reading a lot of posts over the last couple of weeks. Thank you.
