YJ, they put that there so that they can say they interface with the general public and use the public to help hold the capital markets to account, but in reality they treat leads via that form as spam. To my knowledge not one complaint has been even investigated that was initiated via that site. It might help people get something off their chest, and it might even produce a form response, but that's about it. The SEC is understaffed, incurious, and in certain corners, corrupt as hell.
