The 2 billion shares were added into the sharepool before the company went transparent last week. There was no offering for these shares, they were dividends to the preferred holder. Read the news last week and look at pinksheets.com for the share structure. They started selling the preferred dividends when this stock was .25 before AVOP became current and the sharepool was 58 million. Pretty easy to see if you want to look. Ride the momo for all you can, this stock is way overvalued now. Best of luck to you
