I was just curious if anyone knows if you are a premium subscriber do you get this type of information before a general release ?

They have opened an investigation ? What if your investigation is without merit . Why not do your investigation and then report all the facts.

CGPI - Damn it I hate when I can't read this board during the day... Oh well, it's a relatively small position for me, so I'll sit tight at this point.. I'm barely in the red here, and the stock is so damn cheap, I think the risk at this point is warranted. CGPI has been pretty good about communicating with shareholders thus far, and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they'll work through any issues that are uncovered. We shall see.
