Well, they plan on getting paid at least. Both officers also own / with GSPT and OGNG. GSPT filed a S-8 on 18 JAN 2011 with a share offering of 12,000,000 at .03 for $360,000. So at least they hope that company starts to turn some revenue and the PPS starts to climb. The optimist in me would say that because of that, they will not take a salary from LWSP, the pessimist in me says, they are going to strictly focus on the GSPT and ignore LWSP for a while.
The wild card is that they said in November (I think) that LWSP was going to doing something new.
So its a waiting game.
As you dig into all three companies filings over the last year or so and start cross referencing shares issued to each other, locations and people and how the corporate HQs all moved to the a main office in NY, its interesting. The move is perhaps just a consolidation to save money. Not sure.
In the meantime, patience. So that there is no misunderstandings I own very small amounts of both LWSP and GSPT as a lottery ticket and ignoring OGNG.
