That's understandable, but how do you explain a scanned copy a Mr. Andersons affidavit was made public on this board, when this was non-public info?

edd aren't you contradicting yourself? In one post you say the OSC information officers will not tell callers anything. Than, you say some clerk may have wrongly released the affidavit. This was a NON-PUBLIC document. Do us all a favor as you have assumed the role as Moderator and call the OSC and have them send you a SCANNED version of the document and tell us what they say to you.

The OSC information officers will NOT tell callers anything more about Scamco SLJB and the hearing other than a Decision is Due from the Panel Members SOON.

After all this time ... over four years ... suddenly we should be concerned that some clerk in the OSC's offices might have wrongly released information proving that SLJB was a scam???

And this helps investors bilked out of their money... how??
