The December PR did not include "all the numbers for December".

This company will become established in their market without dilution so compliance is secondary to making money at this time.

Once they become established and have solid financials for 3-5x December levels (due to additional locations and mobile processors) and have uplisted to a higher exchange, I expect them to think about selling stock to fund rapid expansion in the open market.

It will, of course, be at much higher prices.
