GSRE will longer exist when the new group takes over and does a name change, that's what happens when a private company goes public via a reverse merger. All this talk about gsre and the past is uncalled for. none of it matters. all that matters is the private company taking over and if they are legit or not, and with the officers announced I say they are legit.
