ARCA sure is bouncing all over the ask and the bid today. Given that UNLA actually has an annual revenue stream of $7,000,000 to $8,000,000 with about a 50% gross profit margin - not sure this can be classified as a pump and dump especially since the last round of PRs was back in July. I can think of a couple of PR machines, but UNLA is not one of them, IMO.
