That was just a "letter of intent" I may be wrong but I don't think the hip hop thing was ever finalized. Their PR's if you haven't figured out by now are pure fiction. LaBarre is a thief plain & simple so as far as anyone stepping down or mergers or anything else my answer would be to just stick a fork in them - they're done!
