ive made one small buy at .0073 in nov. when r/s was canceled have not avg. down yet. there has been a long waiting period here n that means this could drop n there is no rush. now that there is about 3 weeks to go before 3rd Q comes out im getting more interested in avg. down n watching it alot closer. this would not surprse me if it tested .003 before 3rd Q. MM`s can make some funny moves.
