#236 RE: lowtrade #222

lowtrade,

i have decided to envoke the black swan on you(lol)--yes, i agree cups and handles are for long term..but i also use them intraday---the way i look at it..during the year, i'll wake up..work..eat..take some time off..etc.., then repeat--during the day, i'll wake up..work..eat..and take some time off..etc..,then repeat the next day(lol)---cups and handles have been around for hundreds of years but only noticed recently by William J O'Neil..hence.."the black swan"--if it fits..wear it...it didn't fit yesterday

but really where the "black swan" comes to mind is your belief that TA will not work on "penny stocks"--here's your previous post:http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=5891796 --i can't necessarily disagree with you, because i feel that volume with a direct relationship towards shares traded..will define TA with regards to "penny stocks", or any stocks by that matter--also, i feel you are completely correct with regards to the market makers manipulation--in your own chart your statement " 2 signs that Mms control Gtel Pps because TA indicators are NOT followed, but create indicators that don't exist!"--now, from the message i am responding to..in your own words "If you notice at each point the chart pattern says BREAKOUT, a gray reverse accending (bull) triangle is formed, (This reverse triangle does not exist in normal exchange charting) I find it frequently in pennyland."

it seems to me that you may be discussing a charting pattern in "penny land"--where as, what doesn't exist..always has...just needed to be discovered---The Black Swan--now the arguement should apply to "how efficient" TA works with "penny stocks(GTEL)" instead of "it doesn't"(imo)--one thing i can definitely say is that your posts are excellent(knowledgable) and that i enjoy them immensely--if you please, i would like to see more charts(gtel),if available, of said discussion of mm's, pennys, and said manipulation in form of patterns---excellent!!

a great thanks to all your input..sinc,

bill

p.s do you feel tht "penny stocks" are those under $15, $5, or $1 per share
