Not saying the stock price can't go up, but that much? They will have to max out the A/S eventually just to pay the bills.

Let's say that your $140 million is correct by the end of this year.

membership = $15/month. Since we're trying to be optimistic here.

$140,000,000 / $15 / 12 months.

You would need 777,777 paying MASTER members on average per month to do that, not to mention that $20 million LOC has to be paid back with interest (they will most likely need to use all of it).

Other costs:

Famous Artists with top 20 hits.
Board of directors.
Advertising.
Salaries. (Accounting, IT, Officers)
Bandwidth.
Insurance.
Legal Fees.
What they owe so far.
