Not that it makes much difference but your posts of late have been excellent IMO.

I really like your post. It is on target. I have not thought so much as CMKX being an overt fraud because some reputable people have been involved like Glenn.

But I do think that we are on the verge of bungling away from gross incompetence and inattention some of the most valuable land in the world by the two buffoons who run CMKX.

If this goes south, it is nice to know at least those 2 homes will bring in $5 million in a suit. And the land should help make stockholders whole.

Good thoughts as always. I've always thought Urban was a boob, and you may have a very viable theory of this coming to a judge evaluating Urban's behavior versus a much more buttoned up Maheu at this point. Could be a 50-50 call. Or "red or black" as UC the gambler might put it. urban got us the land but as far as I can see, he only likes to race cars, promote his stock and keep us in the dark. Hopefully I can forgive him as more information becomes available. But until it does, I cannot.

Bo it's very simple. If they have the claims, the targets are good, they drill. That's it....the rest is all promo and bull.

Same goes for USCA et al and the gold. Produce, and show you can do it profitably, and prove some reserves.

Perhaps it's now time to have a rational discussion about this alleged great potential. Is there any potential in this company, if so, what is it, and so on.

A year ag may have been a better time to do it, but I think such a logical evaluation might still be worthwhile and appropriate at this point.

Can anyone spell out just what they think this great potential is?

What Urbie's been up to is quite clear, but what proof do you have of this?

I see him also coming on board to the fact that MM's, hedge funds and beyond have also been in the wrong here.
