Could be, it certainly was a lot of volume. It could also be someone closing out a large position.
Either way, it seems sudden. If it is the company diluting, it could get a lot worse.

I was very surprised to see LT dropped their PPS estimate to 40 cents. Last I remember, it was over $5.
