when will the 8/k be filed?

Bryant, we expect management to file the disclosure with OTC Markets as early as today. We are told they are setting up to file an 8k as well with the SEC to start their SEC filings again however we do not have a timeframe to offer at this time. We will be sure to share any updates as we are available. IR
