If an MM actually files a 211, and considering the info required by that 211 form, I would say a very positive effect indeed...but IMO, a lottery ticket would have better odds...

This "company" is under SEC investigation. Nobody even knows who runs it. The only communications you've had since the suspension are emails signed by Mike Berry, the supposed IR guy.

No MM will touch it, given those circumstances.
