The one in Philly does appear to be new also the one listed with Nashville!!!!For the last couple years there has been 13 franchises listed and there still is.I do not see the two Master Franchises listed anymore.I also see over the last couple years they have really reduced there debt.I am not in any more but this is certainly a diamond in the rough.
