Its just the technical pattern...the stock is being sucked up at lower levels with low spreads ...for a few days now...fewer and fewer people are starting to own the stock. With all the shorting going on they should be able to push the price back to .12 but the stock appears to me to be under accumulation!! The market makers will bring this stock up to higher levels in a few weeks...just watch!!
