At the present time, the contractual details between RCC Holdings CORP and the alledged named parties by the SEC is unknown. I'm not a legal expert, but I would think that if a contract did indeed exist, that contract may perhaps be cancelled in whole or in part due the recent interaction by the SEC. Some may speculate but eventually the details will come out.
