austin, From what I understand the Company is planning to release the following information by the end of this year in accordance with what they have told us to date through various forms of communication, mainly the RAQ section on the Company website:

1) Technical Papers.
Within these papers there will be information relating to many aspects of the Technology.
2) Speed.
3) Distance.
4) Other technical information about the Technology such as BER, etc...
5) Various test results, probably in the Technical Papers I would imagine.

Now that's quite a bit of information yet to be released in a relatively short time span don't you think? However it is highly anticipated by both present investors, potential investors (institutional & individual), and of course the Teleco Community at large as well from what I understand.

Austin: NV hasn't decided yet whether or not to release maximum speeds, distance and BER. They will probably announce various specs., at various distances. They also don't need independent verification when they announce. Cooper and Ketch have all the credibility they need in the industry. Of course others with NV could add their 2 cents also to enhance the message.
