I came in to UWRL for other reasons. ENC is a decent technology and a good way for a start up to break in to the biz, but not ground breaking technology by any means. Since the announcements of a government based interenet ID, assumming that is going to take some sort of PKI format, it makes ENC even less relevent unless they can incorporate that "id" in to their suite.
actually many where here before ENC...that was/is a good merger candidate...well the best that we know of...there was a talk of some China merger candidate with 5-10 mil. revs..but it s still undisclosed...now all they have to do is to tell us what they are up to cos the last friday tips well you know was crapy... we need a formal PR...but agree with many that UWRL needs to do something about PPS and get the market going again...
We don't know that ENC is no longer a merger candidate at all. All they have said is that ENC has placed to high of a value on their company in UWRL's opinion. That is how the negotiation game get's played. They have to start somewhere.
It is seldom, if ever, that the very first price a company offers for their business is accepted. There is always back and forth bartering that takes place.
