If you have trouble finding the Yahoo Finance Data Inaccuracy Form, do this:

Go to Yahoo Finance, then the SBRH.PK page, click on Help at the top of the page (left side), then on the next page click on Comments on the left column, then on Guidelines for Comments. On the next page on the lower right-hand side you will see Contact Customer Care. After clicking on that, choose the Yahoo Finance Data Inaccuracy Form. The web addresses needed for both the inaccurate info and the third-party correct information are included in the previous message.
