Kimble I could not agree more. Dean is completely unreliable and cannot be TRUSTED ANY LONGER. He purposely lied on a CC to shareholders about the additional information requests the FDA was asking him. This is absurd and inexcusable.
Does this man realize his actions cause people to take on financial risk by buying and selling IMGG stock? Dean as caused investors to lose millions and has no shame for it.
If the DViS worked he would show it at this point. The machine is still in testing and has not been fully developed. Even in the NSE letter the FDA informed Dean that a machine that is still in testing should not be submitted via 510(K) application. This has disaster written all over it.
I also love how people are saying "WHY DIDN'T THE PPS GO LOWER?" - derrrrr it's at $0.15 cents LOL!
