But SIRI and what they went through is irrelevant and hardly an analogy for WLSI's website being taken down and their stock price being "no bid" and trading on the Pinks.

How confident exactly are you? If it's less than 100%, we have some common ground and there's only the matter of degree that we disagree on, right?
