Traders will use an upward sloping OBV to confirm an uptrend, while a downward sloping OBV is used to confirm a downtrend.

We seem to have an upward sloping OBV, but it may be based on too few trading days. Statistics is one of my fortes, and I know caution is called for with small samples. We'll see if the upward slope continues this week.
