I understand that you're nervous about this, it's pretty obvious in your posts, but tell me; Why do you think it's all or nothing? Can't you see that however we twist this, we have a solid, legit and profitable company at our backs? And that "up to 1:50 R/S" is honestly just a pee in the ocean compared what the average pinksheep-company pull off if they want to dilute like crazy. I think all things point to that this company have deeper purposes with their ambition to go public than to just turn on the "printing-presses", I mean, they take over a totally clean shell, and have (IMO) all opportunities to make this company great from the start. Do you honestly think they will just blow that away by wipe-out retail investors first thing? I don't think so.

Sure, I can agree that the eventual R/S is the thing currently holding us back, but despite if they decide to perform that or not, I think it wont matter too much in the longer term. We'll have to wait and see, but since this transition isn't even finished yet (we're still trading under the symbol AMSZ for instance) I think it's too early to talk about a doom-scenario before everything is decided. Nothing is set in stone yet from what I know. If we give it a few weeks/months I'm sure we'll see this stock/company up to deserved price per share, with their revenues in mind.

LOL When that info becomes available either by PR, Filing, OTCBB.com "daily list"...or combination thereof...we shall all know...

IMO it was the dumping by Chart Traders who loaded @.001-.002 and locked-in 100-400% profits on News spike...also on uncertainty of un-audited Financials...

With many still in at .003 and above...should be an easy base to reach once selling subsides...then spring-board from...once solid News is released...

I dont see the reverse split being postponed and as a shareholder with a decent position I am not concerned one bit.

The more I learn about these guys the better I am feeling. Had coffee with them today and I have to admit they are methodical, purpose driven and have realistic goals.

We are FAR from dead in the water and I completely disagree about being at a $.01. Why should we be ??? Who really knows about this other than iHubbers and SOME of the other shareholders.

Word will get out, it is still premature. They still have the AMSZ symbol and most people don't look past that yet.
