bottom line is anyone with questions re: the process that passes for normal out of the transfer agent should call and ask of elson what is *normal* and what the time frame is re: that process of shares being issued and what follows
but even beyond that is the *assumption* that those shares went to someone who turned around and immediately sold them :)
they didn't and it's why the short data showing out of finra's daily reg sho is showing well above 90 percent :)
as i've said .. they made a major mistake and unlike previous ones .. this time around the *volume* they blew was substantial (a little more difficult to er neutralize)
and it's exph has to now show *volume* 2 X per month as resets are continuously done (b4 the 15th and eom)
like i said .. it's gonna be very interseting what comes to pass with the next frenzy .. particularly if news out of mgmt is pushed out due to router down for 6 weeks and that impact
that said .. the exph long who stopped by on 12/22/10 with one of his unannounced visits .. *strongly* believes that *transparency* comes in jan 2011
we shall see .. being somewhat selfish and wanting my bid filled at 0001 (since i'm not an etrade account and can't intercept) i can live with transparency coming when it comes :)
