Hope you and everyone else is had a nice weekend and a nice long holiday for those celebrating MLK.

My take is exactly as the company update stated, we have a signed JVA and the money transfer is still being finalized. That said, I feel great about both MDMN and CDCH. I think everyone will be much more relaxed when we hear of funds have been transferred at which point we'll probably begin to see numerous PR's discussing the details of the JVA and material information regarding the many years of work that has been completed to date in Chile. We are hearing that the transfer might happen as early as Tuesday or Wednesday. Those familiar with EFT's already know how much more involved an international wire is today as compared to just 2-3 years ago. A little more patience, imo.
