there isn't any mention about delisting.

It looks that all debts will be payed by new shares emission = all old shareholders will pay great debt which JAL has created in past because shares were canceled without any refunds.

It is a robbery during white day - only one option should be lawsuit for protect shareholders interest.

After this "reorganization plan" approved by the Tokyo District Court should JAL earn bilions of dolars each year... it is really hard to belive in it...
