Clarification: it's not the site that is ahead, but a group of folks within it that freely share their resources (time, knowledge, expertise, ...) in the belief that this helps each do better and is one of the few ways that the average retail investor and trader can triumph over the system that is designed to cheat us.
The site does offer a lot of resources from professionals too, and the articles by those folks can be very educational, so I will post its link first. The second link is to a list of the collaborative blogs that are used as a "chat room", sort of, by the group. You might want to review a few of the older ones to get a feel for what and how the folks do things. These are where the process occurs and one is "closed" and a new one is started when comments reach about 100 to minimize bandwidth issues and keep them manageable.
