Sorry for the confusion, but where in the document does illegal become legal?
It was the way they went about having the restrictions removed that was illegal. Like I said, once the restricted legend was removed by the TA, those shares became perfectly legal. I think the TA bears some responsibility in this as well. The TA should have obviously taken more time to scrutinized those opinion letters.
