So you interpret the use of the phrase "in the matter of Monk's Den" as EIGH's way of referring to their own PR's relating to the Monk's Den acquisition.

And that "during this Process Monks Den would be in discussions with the SEC in relation to EIGH's Press releases", but not to Monk's Den's own activities. And that "there is No SEC investigation going on in Relation to CDIV".

And I just want to go on record as disagreeing with all of that.
The SEC would not use the phrase "in the matter of Monk's Den" in an investigation of EIGH. If, as you believe, there is no investigation concerning Monk's Den, then Eigh's use of the phrase, emphasizing it as it did with quotation marks, was improper.
I presume that it is your opinion that "there is No SEC investigation going on in Relation to CDIV" even though you state it as fact. If you know it to be true I'm sure there are many who would like to hear that. Until you do that, though, my opinion will continue to differ.
