Ancient can't there be some legal and possible criminal consequences to this company's actions...I know after the numerous stock scandals that the SEC was going to tighten up and go after obvious SCAMS...I'm not saying this is that situation but I'd like your opinion. I mean if what this company did is so blatant there should be some penalties...Thoughts...BTW i still have shares and I'm not trying to bash...the pps is doing that for me...
