You make a good point, the dividend is going to happen regardless: but, the only thing that is up in the air is the documents filed with SEC (FINRA) only said people on record of Dec. 31 will receive the divy. I'm wondering if that is still holding up, and I think it is.

So, given that I am not sure what is going here right now, but either way it is going to make a run soon enough in a month or two at most. I'm just trying to clear funds, so I can add more at this price, CBIS is a steal. Something is coming up probably soon too, given they have been quiet for a while.

The last run capped out at .26 cents at most, so this being a bigger event, it would probably reach atleast that..and the conversion will probably reduce dilution with the new share class...
so the PPS could be a lot higher easily.

This is my favorite stock right now...there's nothing to lose, if I "buy" it's good, and "hold" it is even better in this industry..elections in 2012, FDA trials, the Divy.
