As far as I understand, Russia really needs Trolzas, because they are the only buses that meet "Euro5" and "Euro6" standards, produced in Russia.
Rich cities like Moscow, St-Petersburg can afford them.

Besides, the Russian government may support the Trolza orders because of 2014 Olympics. Environmentally friendly transprtation is an important factor of Olympics. 4 Trolza Ecobuses are already tested in Krasnodar - the Capital of the province where Sochi is located.

The question is "how many" and, most importantly, "when"?
