Yes, it was setup intentionally to steal people's money. Now the question is WHO hired Wheeler...someone paid him to promote the stock for a reason.
SAEI is still part of it and the "company" itself was part of the fraud and will not be uplisting nor will it ever have any gold since it doesn't own any land.
The NI 43-101 report is clearly fraudulent and has coordinates that aren't the land they touted it was.
As soon as people realize this, the sooner you can realize this was all a scam.
Um just saw this. No offense, but I do not agree with that view of what is going on here.
If you think that I ever said that Wheeler was responsible for any of the lies this company was built around you are miss-interpreting anything I ever said.
Wheeler did not build this company using a fake management team and fake mining properties and fake press releases and a fake 43-101 report. He did not turn in the SEC filings that were full of lies. He owns a promotional website and he illegally profited off some of the companies he promoted. SAEI and SGRE are two of the companies his promotional site was paid to promote this past winter (well after the scam was in full swing).
There were a lot of promoters that promoted this company besides just Wheeler and there were a lot of people that profited off the lies. But you have it totally wrong if you think that Wheeler sabotaged this company by printing false information in his promotional ads. Who do you think told WFWS what to print?
Sorry but please don't drag my name into your miss-guided interpretation about why this company got suspended.
