It was asked about "indirectly". They couldn't say much, but the relationship has improved tremendously and one of the main actors has suddenly become available.

Yes. They're still in talks with Pacificor, implied they're going after Arnold, and said the relationship with Pacificor had warmed considerably but that they still can't talk about it because Pacificor has other Terminator projects possibly.

Yes and EP had a very interesting reply. He said that they could not say much but that the conversations are ongoing and that the relationship between the two companies had improved dramatically if I recall correctly. Seems talks may have percked up a bit due to one of the character voices recently becoming available for work! Sounds like the only argument on not doing the animated version was concern over an animated version swallowing up the future viability of live versions being successful. I still believe that the future of terminator is in "Animation" as I think it would be difficult to replace Arnold in future movies? JMO. He ain't getting any younger. EP said it is only now in the PR's because the news had been linked and it is still ongoing.
