Some people cross the line to the dark side and find they can't distinguish right from wrong. Paul LabBarre has apparently been involved in so much criminal activity that he doesn't know the difference.

Since everyone seems to agree CEO not too bright , maybe Chairman Russell calling the shots ? And who is the CFO who prepares such silly financial statements ?
