When I started investing in this company a few years ago IT WASN"T A PINK SHEET! Why can't the company make investors aware of what is going on behind the scenes vs having to rely on a poster on a MB?

The Company IPWG didn't exist until September/October of 2004; with 200,000,000 shares proably issued.

Also, remember the preferred shares were created in May of 2009 without a shareholder vote.

What have the lawyers accomplished for IPWG? If they are paying so much for lawyers, you think they would have gotten their money's worth for it...There is still a chill on the stock, what else have the "expensive attorneys" done for IPWG?
