This is my perspective...... and that is it - but they way they negotiated the price at .038 was Briscoe didn't want to cut loose the sale of shares and also didn't want to go lower...... so he threw in the shares at 2014 option for .06....... Those are the deal not the .038s.......

I thought about calling him to see if he would do that for me? lol
