Don't worry about me, PD. I am very capable of differentiating
between fact and fantasy. Your conspiracy theory is too broad
and includes too many participants for it to have existed the
way you would like for it too. You have tried to jump from a
collage of facts that, which in and of themselves, do not prove
your theories. Just because you say it does, in your opinion,
doesn't make it so. There is no real proof that you can present,
just seperate facts that you tie together with conjecture, which
doesn't prove anything. That you expect people to believe blindly
in what you say is just a demonstration of the weakness of your
arguments. You talk about court cases, then you should know that
in a court, what you have presented is called circumstantial.
This is a direct quote from Wikipedia, "Circumstantial evidence
is evidence in which an inference is required to connect it to a
conclusion of fact. By contrast, direct evidence supports the truth
of an assertion directly—i.e., without need for any additional
evidence or the intervening inference.". Whether you call it
inference, insinuation, conjecture, theorizing, opinion, or any
other synonym, you still have no "direct evidence", in my
opinion, to prove yourself. The reason I think that is that I
believe that if you did, you would not be presenting all these
documents that are merely circumstantial in nature, you would
be running to some D.A. or other prosecutor to help them with
a case (there is no such case that anyone is aware of to my
knowledge) against HLNT. Without the "Direct Evidence", you
are nothing more than a cheerleader raising your voice for the
other guys, whoever they may be. That is why I am not worried
about all the accusations that you make. They are only that,
accusations, unproven. They bear the same weight as your belief
that ECMH is gonna be a great company someday, no, I take that
back. There is a possibility, however slight, that ECMH could
climb out of the revolving Convertible Notes gutter that NIR has
them in, and someday succeed. Slight possibility, near zero
probability.
