Each unit consisted of one common share of our company and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant entitles the investor to purchase one additional common share of our company at a price of $0.06 until January 12, 2014.

Not saying it's bad, it's actually good, but come on Briscoe 2014 is a long ways away...

I don't think the shares will be sold at 04......but I have seen some crazy things before.....I can see some light with the option to purchase at 06.....that is a few ticks away from my target....
