gotta be an accredited investor to get the LBSR deals and the two most common loopholes for individuals are as follows:
a natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year; or
a natural person who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with the person’s spouse, that exceeds $1 million at the time of the purchase;
And real estate does not count for net-worth in the second one
So everybody buying large blocks should go to the company so they can delute more shares? I bought my shares on the high end with all the hype going on and average down to about .08 a share. This is the first time I seen this type of report on LBSR. So one of the posters here said they have 11 mil shares or so, did he get a match?
