The key point of your message is "when used responsibly". I agree

The original IPO brought them in a LOT of money to start up but you can't increase the OS by 450% in 12 months when revenues are this weak, investors skiddish, GAG the TA and push the OS higher. I'll wait for the 10-K but have a pretty good idea what to expect. They have some of everybody's money here, I wish it had been used "responsibly"
