Once we get this state case out of the way, I think we get a huge influx of new buy orders and more deep pockets to invest. The case seems to be the biggest drag on the stock price. If it weren't for that case, considering that the only thing we would then have to think about was a Tmob settlement, I think the price would be at .25 already. There would be no risk going forward and only positive outcomes to face. Calypso would be able to seek and get private investors willing to put up big dollar amounts to help fund whatever efforts Calypso might pursue.

So you might want to read it again and see if it says anything about Tmob settling after the state case is settled. Don't think so. DA
