I thought the first tweaking was done already. And that the testing on the tweaked stuff was underway. I'm thinking Doc S is using language applicable to SEC filings on record. Actually, I believe, we are far beyond those NOW and I would expect the revelation of how far beyond in Puerto Rico Feb. 15th.
