I have to agree Phil, the response didn't have any sense of urgency in there. The inspections for instance, I'm sure any inspections they need could be completed in days.
Your post also brings to the surface exactly why there needs to be reform at the FDA. Their filing times need to be streamlined and compressed dramatically. Just imagine the progress and new drugs that could be brought to market at a fraction of the capital and time required.
If there is a minimum of TWEEKING needed to be done on DENGUECIDE it seems someone should get to that and get that accomplished soon and then go onto the meetings and speeches and promotions.
Dr Harris stated she would do anything for money and so that seems like THE THING to do. Looks like a lot of time is taken away from the lab work to do the speeches and meetings! A good sign that some more personnel could be employed at this time.
Dr Seyjour stated that a lot of the work is being done by other facilities like Feinstein and Berkley and Ohio.
What if Diwan could work with Harris on Dengue on site at Berkley? Get that done and into the record books before anyone else.
